Located at the top of the Saint-Gabriel hill between Saint-Sauveur and Morin Heights, this young professional couple commissioned us to enlarge a balcony at their secondary residence.
We renovated and added two extensions to the front and rear balconies. For the staircase, we suggested using aluminum stringers and a railing with treated wood treads.
For the rear balcony, we suggested using a 10mm glass railing model 300 without a handrail to open up the view of this magnificent location.
