Responsibilities
- Install glass and aluminum railings together with your crew.
- Supervise and support installers on job sites.
- Plan daily work and ensure the quality of all installations.
- Respect and enforce health and safety standards.
- Act as the link between the field team and management.

Required aptitudes
- Experience installing railings (glass and/or aluminum) is a strong asset.
- Experience leading or coordinating a job‑site crew is an asset.
- Natural leadership, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent manual skills and great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round.
- Good physical endurance.
- Reliable, punctual, and rigorous in your work.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.

Assets
- ASP safety card.
- CCQ card.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience in construction or guardrail/railing installation.

Working conditions
- Workday starts at the office at 7 a.m.
- Variable schedule.
- Workwear and equipment provided.
- Hourly wage starting at $35 CAD, to be discussed based on experience.
- Full‑time, on‑site position.
