Integrated project for the construction of a stamped concrete terrace and a glass railing on the shores of Lake St-François in Saint-Barbe on the South Shore of Montreal.
For the glass railing, we suggested to the client that they use 12mm glass without a handrail to enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake St-François.
We also upgraded the existing concrete balcony with a stamped concrete surface. This technique creates a natural, interlocking paver-like pattern, giving the terrace a high-end look. The clients furnished it with a red Adirondack-style patio set and a propane gas fire pit for a contemporary design.
