This project involved renovating a large deck attached to this house in Saint-Sauveur. To do this, we excavated and drained the area beneath the deck. Then, we screwed piles into the ground to support the new structure, which is surrounded by a treated wood skirt. This skirt includes a door to provide access to the storage space under the deck.
We then installed fascias around the perimeter of the terrace and engineered fiberglass cladding supplied by Balco Tech Products Inc. Finally, we designed and installed a 10 mm clear tempered glass railing, the panels of which are inserted into black aluminum posts (model 300).
