Magnificent balcony renovation project in La Minerve. We rebuilt the balcony structure, adding pine beams and new piles for the possible addition of a veranda.
We installed BalcoTech engineered fiberglass flooring and a pine frame for the veranda to match the existing beams. The addition of Exosystème motorized screen curtains makes this a very pleasant space for their summer dinners.
Finally, we crafted a staircase of engineered fiberglass steps with double handrail aluminum railings, model 310.
