As part of the renovation of this large terrace at a house in Morin-Heights, we first corrected the existing structure to rectify the terrace's slope and maximize water drainage. Then, we installed engineered fiberglass decking in a seawood color, from the Balcotech Heritage Series. Finally, we enclosed it with a black aluminum railing.
